Bosch Junior Managers Program (JMP), is an accelerated program designed to attract and cultivate outstanding talents for advanced leadership.
In this individualized program, we offer the participants 3-4 rotations across various business segments and functions, as well as international assignments, in which they will face challenging projects and global exposure. Every participant will be mentored by a seasoned career coach from top management, and have access to the best training resources within the organization.
